There has been knitting, oh so much knitting in the past week. My icky, feel like Ker-Rap headcold has meant much Quality Time in front of the TV this weekend. I made this (not out of the correct yarn, not completely finished and I'm so completely over it that I can't even be bothered to post a picture), and these (out of left over Patons yarn from this) which I am very pleased with.
I wore both the wrist warmers and the sweater to the latest Sit n' Knit New York event today (Mission: wear as many handknits as possible). Want to see? How tiny does my waist look in that picture? Trick photography, I swear..... Oh and if anyone can tell me where I'm supposed to store my cable needle other than my mouth while knitting, um, cables, please tell me, because right now I look like I have an oral fixation.
I'l post pictures when I don't feel quite so much like I'm dying....
