What lies beyond?

Beyond the edge of the chart that is. I've reached the end of Jared's extended chart (pdf) for the hemlock blanket making it approximately this big:


Looks just like the last photo, so how about this for scale:


Not enormous but I've passed the point of turning it into a beret and calling it done. I've charted out the feather and fan pattern to a total of 95 rows. I'm at row 70, 71st per repeat, 568st per row. Row 95 would have (if I have my calculations right) 91st per repeat, 728st per row, and one crazy, crazy knitter. We shall see if I make it that far.
